Whenever I get that email response with ‘Comments Inline’ at the top I just want to pull my hair out. I know that I’m now going to be forced to weave through something that has just been made much more complex because the person responding has decided to off load that cognitive burden on me.

Please don’t respond to emails like this. Because you’ll do it, then a third person will add on to it. Then I’ll get the email and I’ll have to spend 15 minutes deconstructing the darn thing. Here’s a hint….I’m not going to deconstruct it.
